DIYguru partnered with HL Mando to deliver a comprehensive Battery Management Systems (BMS) training program, aimed at enhancing the technical skills of HL Mando’s team. Through a well-structured training program, DIYguru effectively enhanced the BMS knowledge and practical skills of HL Mando’s team, ensuring they are equipped to meet the demands of the rapidly evolving EV market.
The training spanned a total of three months, combining online and offline sessions. Each module included 30 days of online coursework followed by 3-5 days of intensive offline workshops.
DIYguru, in collaboration with L&T Edutech, has established E-Mobility Centers of Excellence in educational institutions across India. These centers feature advanced hardware labs including the EV DriveTrain Experimental Setup & Motor Testing Workbench, EV Electrical Circuit Training Workbench, and Battery, BMS with CAN Protocols Training Workbench.
In a groundbreaking initiative, DIYguru and Tadpole Projects, incubated at IIT Delhi, developed three innovative training workbenches: the EV DriveTrain Experimental Setup & Motor Testing Workbench, the EV Electrical Circuit Training Workbench, and the Battery, BMS with CAN Protocols Training Workbench. Under the guidance of Dr. B.K. Panigrahi, these workbenches aim to enhance practical learning in EV technology for engineering and ITI/Diploma students across India, supported by AICTE and L&T Edutech. This collaboration bridges the gap between theoretical knowledge and hands-on skills, preparing students for the evolving EV industry.
