Cancellation and Refund Policy
At E-Mobility Academy by DIYguru, we strive to provide high-quality education and a positive learning experience for all our students. We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your enrollment or request a refund. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds will be issued for our courses and programs.
1. Course Cancellation by E-Mobility Academy by DIYguru
- We reserve the right to cancel any course or program due to insufficient enrollment, instructor unavailability, or other unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a cancellation, enrolled students will be notified as soon as possible.
- If a course is canceled by E-Mobility Academy by DIYguru, students will receive a full refund of the course fees paid. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of cancellation notice.
2. Cancellation by the Student
- Before Course Commencement: If you choose to cancel your enrollment before the course start date, you are eligible for a full refund of the course fees paid, minus any applicable administrative fees.
- After Course Commencement: If you choose to cancel your enrollment after the course has started, refunds will be granted based on the duration of the course and the proportion of the course completed at the time of cancellation. The following refund schedule will apply:
- Within the First 7 Days: 80% refund of the course fees paid.
- Within 14 Days: 50% refund of the course fees paid.
- After 14 Days: No refund will be issued.
3. Refund Process
- To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@emobilityacademy.com with your enrollment details and the reason for the refund request.
- Once a refund request is received and approved, refunds will be processed within 14 business days. Refunds will be made using the original payment method. If the payment was made by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card.
- Please note that administrative fees, if any, are non-refundable.
4. Non-Refundable Fees
Certain fees and charges are non-refundable, including but not limited to:
- Administrative fees associated with processing your enrollment and payment.
- Costs associated with course materials that have been downloaded or accessed by the student.
- Fees paid for any completed assessments, certifications, or exams.
5. Special Cases
- Medical or Emergency Situations: If you need to cancel your enrollment due to a medical emergency or other exceptional circumstances, please contact our support team at support@emobility.academy. Refunds in these cases will be considered on a case-by-case basis, and supporting documentation may be required.
- Technical Issues: If you experience technical difficulties that prevent you from accessing course content, please contact our technical support team immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue. Refunds due to technical issues will only be considered if it is determined that the issue could not be resolved in a reasonable timeframe and is solely due to faults on our end.
6. Modification of Courses
- E-Mobility Academy by DIYguru reserves the right to modify course content, schedules, and instructors as necessary to enhance the quality of our offerings. These changes will not qualify for a refund unless the modification significantly alters the nature of the course as originally advertised.
