How do I change my name, phone number or email?

Edit your name, phone and other details on Dashboard → Profile. Your email can't be changed by you — ask support.

1. Go to Dashboard → Profile.
2. If you see Create profile, press it first — this gives you your student number.
3. Edit any field inline — Full name, Phone, address, education, LinkedIn, emergency contact, skills and more.

Your email is shown read-only, because it's how you sign in. To change it, raise a support ticket from your current account and tell us the new address.

Your certificate uses the name on your account, so make sure Full name is spelt correctly before you finish a course.
