How do I reset my password?

Ask for a reset link on the Forgot password page. The link is valid for 30 minutes and your new password needs 12+ characters.

1. Go to Forgot password (or press Forgot password? on the sign-in page).
2. Enter your account email and press Send reset link.
3. Open the email and click the link. It's valid for 30 minutes. Can't see it? Check spam.
4. Type a New password (min 12 chars), confirm it and press Set new password.
5. Sign in with your new password.

Setting a new password signs you out on every other device and unlocks an account blocked by too many wrong attempts.

For privacy we show the same message whether or not the email has an account. If no email arrives after a few minutes, check you typed the address you signed up with. Asking for many links in a few minutes won't help — wait 5 minutes before trying again.
