How do I download my data or delete my account?

Download a copy of your data from Account settings. Deleting your account has a 30-day grace period you can cancel.

Download your data

Go to Export your data and press Download my data (JSON).

Delete your account

1. Go to Delete your account.
2. Optionally tell us why, tick the confirmation box and press Request account deletion.
3. Your account is anonymised automatically after 30 days. Until then you can press Cancel deletion on the same page.

After deletion your email is scrambled and your name, phone and password are cleared. Learning records are kept for compliance and audit.
