- Battery Health Assessment: Ability to perform voltage checks, load tests, and visual inspections to determine Battery Health, and executing the safe removal/replacement of the battery pack.
- Scheduled Maintenance & Longevity: Mastery of the full E-2W servicing schedule, including Hub Motor Bearing Replacement, brake servicing, and providing customers with advice on maximizing Vehicle Range and Component Lifespan.
- Auxiliary & Security Systems: Troubleshooting and replacing components in the low-voltage system, including the Ignition switch, Horn, and Anti-Theft systems.
