"Access paused for pending fees" — what does it mean?

Your programme's courses are locked until overdue fees are paid. Your progress is kept and access returns once you pay.

When a programme fee is overdue, the courses that come with the programme stop opening and the course page shows Access paused for pending fees.

1. Press View fees, or go to Dashboard → Fees & Refunds.
2. Pay the overdue instalment.
3. Your courses open again — progress carries on from where you left it.

Think this is a mistake, or already paid? Raise a support ticket with your payment ID.
