Where is my kit? Tracking delivery

Once your kit is on its way, the dashboard overview shows its status — Requested, Packed, Shipped, Delivered — with the courier and tracking number.

Open your dashboard overview. When a kit shipment is set up for you, the Your DIY kit card shows a tracker.

• Requested — we've got your request.
• Packed — it's packed and ready to go.
• Shipped — on its way. The courier name and tracking number are shown; look the number up on the courier's website.
• Delivered

The card may also show a note from our warehouse while the kit is on its way.
