How do I get my certificate?

Complete the course and anything else it requires (quizzes, project, viva). Certificates are checked and issued automatically every night.

1. Complete every lesson in the course.
2. Finish whatever else your course or programme requires — for example quizzes, a project, live-class attendance or a viva. Some also need trainer or admin approval.
3. Every night we check who has met all the requirements and issue their certificates.
4. You'll get an email and a notification, and the certificate appears on Dashboard → Certificates.

Programme certificates are issued once every mandatory course in the programme is complete and the programme's requirements are met.

Finished everything a couple of days ago and still no certificate? Raise a support ticket — something may still be pending, such as a fee, a document or an approval.
